Prime C&I provides comprehensive HACCP training courses to F&B handlers as well as personnel who are in-charge of developing, maintaining or auditing the food safety management system in organizations such as F&B manufacturing, processing, catering, retail and service providers, among others. The interactive sessions will allow them to gain expertise in incorporating an efficient food safety management system within their operations, by identifying crucial hazards and putting in place controls in areas that are significant to food safety.
